• Manage renewals, client retention in line with targets and compliance

• Ensuring all files are up to date on Relay

• APA Required or working towards

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum of 6 months experience in home insurance products

• Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, manage, multi task and execute daily tasks

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external customer

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to solve problems

• Ability to work in a dynamic team environmen

• Be open to change and fast pace environment

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Work Experience:

• Previous Renewal Experience advantageous

• Possess a can-do attitude and be open to our evolving changes

• Experience in cross-selling/up-selling different insurance products

• The ability to prioitise workloads and adapt to unforeseen event

• A good degree of personal organisation and a structured approach to time and resource management

• Commitment to their own professional development
